DOE Re-Opens Public Comment Period for National Power Transformer Reserve Policy

The Department of Energy is seeking public input on a national reserve of power transformers to support the bulk power grid, and is now accepting comments on a previously published Request for Information (RFI) that was initially due by August 24, 2015.
