PBGC Corrects Electronic Filing Requirements for Multiemployer Plans

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has published a final rule to require electronic filing of certain multiemployer notices, correcting two inadvertent errors in the amendatory language, as announced in the Federal Register on September 17, 2015 (80 FR 55742).
