National Marine Fisheries Service Publishes Proposed List of Fisheries for 2016

The National Marine Fisheries Service has released its proposed List of Fisheries for 2016, which classifies commercial fisheries into three categories based on their impact on marine mammals, and will determine if participants must comply with specific regulations under the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
