EPA Proposes Revision to California Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Feather River Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, addressing deficiencies in a permitting rule for major stationary sources of air pollution.
