Airbus Proposes Update to Airworthiness Directive for A310 Series Airplanes

Airbus is proposing to update its Airworthiness Directive (AD) for the A310 series airplanes to reflect the improved ultrasonic inspection program, which allows for earlier crack detection and extended inspection intervals, in order to address the unsafe condition of cracking around fastener holes in certain wing top skin panels.
