Surface Transportation Board Obtains OMB Approval for Trails Act Agreement Notification Collection

The Surface Transportation Board has secured OMB approval to extend the collection of Notifications of Trails Act Agreement and Substitute Sponsorship, which is required by law and set to expire on July 31, 2018, unless renewed.
