Buy America Waiver Notification for Colorado Springs Project

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued a notice stating that a Buy America waiver is suitable for using non-domestic water line valves in a Colorado Springs, Colorado project. The waiver applies to the use of Vanessa 30,000 series valves in the Woodmen Road corridor improvement project, phase 2.
