VA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Loan Repurchase Process

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is seeking public input on a proposed information collection. The agency must publish a notice in the Federal Register and allow 60 days for public comment under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice is related to the process for a vendee account holder to request the VA to repurchase a loan, as outlined in 38 CFR 36.4600(d).
