FHWA Grants Buy America Waiver for I-90 Project in Washington State

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued a notice stating that it has found a Buy America waiver appropriate for the use of non-domestic stainless steel components in the I-90 project in Washington State, allowing the project to proceed with the specified materials.
