DOE Grants Authority for Natural Gas and LNG Imports/Exports, Denies Rehearing Request

The US Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy issued orders in September 2015 granting permission for the import and export of natural gas and liquefied natural gas, while also revoking authority and rejecting a request for a rehearing of these decisions.
