EPA Proposes Approval of Connecticut's Plan to Reduce VOC Emissions from Large Storage Tanks

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Connecticut, which updates regulations to control volatile organic compound emissions from large aboveground storage tanks, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
