SEC Approves Plan for Regulatory Responsibilities Allocation Among Multiple Exchanges

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a plan for the allocation of regulatory responsibilities among multiple exchanges, including BATS, BOX, CBOE, C2, CME, ISE, MIAX, NASDAQ, NYSE, and others, pursuant to Rule 17d-2, to ensure compliance with Regulation NMS rules.
