EPA Approves North Carolina's Infrastructure Plan for 2008 Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval of North Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2008 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), meeting Clean Air Act requirements.
