EPA Seeks Public Input on Forest Road Discharge Programs

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public input and information on existing programs that protect water quality from stormwater discharges from forest roads, in response to a remand from the Environmental Defense Center, Inc. v. U.S. EPA court case, and in preparation for potential future regulations.
