FMCSA Grants Exemptions to 13 Individuals with Epilepsy for Interstate Commercial Motor Vehicle Operation

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has approved exemptions for 13 individuals with epilepsy to operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in interstate commerce for up to 2 years, after a review of their medical conditions and circumstances.
