EPA Modifies Significant New Use Rules for Five Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is amending the significant new use rules (SNURs) for five chemical substances, allowing certain uses without prior notice and extending requirements for additional uses, following a review of new data for each substance.
