EPA Proposes Approval of Regional Haze BART Alternative Measure for BP Cherry Point Refinery

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) alternative measure for the BP Cherry Point Refinery, which would decrease allowable NO X emissions by 10.4 tons per year.
