City of New York to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for East Side Coastal Resiliency Project
The City of New York plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a flood protection system on the East Side of Manhattan to address coastal flooding impacts due to storms and sea level rise, funded by CDBG-DR grants.
