HHS Issues Final Rule to Update Acquisition Regulations

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is issuing a final rule to update its Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Supplement, the HHS Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR), by removing internal and administrative information, adding definitions, and revising terminology to align with current FAR requirements.
