NASA to Grant Exclusive License for Thermal Insulating Coating Patent

NASA announces its intention to grant an exclusive license in the US to practice a thermal insulating coating, as described in US Patent 6,939,610, to PrimeBilec Investments, LLC, a Texas-based company. The license will be issued in accordance with US patent laws and subject to certain conditions.
