US Department of Housing and Urban Development Issues Guidance for CDBG-DR Grantees on Disaster Recovery Activities

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development has released a notice providing clarification on the requirements for Community Development Block Grant disaster recovery (CDBG-DR) grantees, including expanded eligibility for 'buyout' activities and assistance to agricultural enterprises, as well as a waiver for the State of Colorado to support tourism promotion in affected areas.
