Notice of Availability of Government-Owned Inventions for Licensing

The US Department of the Navy, under the Secretary of the Navy, has made several patents available for domestic and foreign licensing, including patents related to extraction devices, spatial pattern analysis, fractal dipole antenna systems, and medical apparatus.
