Federal Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act Determinations for 2016

The Railroad Unemployment Insurance Board has announced key determinations for 2016, including the monthly compensation base, system compensation base, and surcharge rate, as mandated by the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act. The Board has also set the amount for base year 2016, which will be used to calculate benefits for disqualifications ending in that year.
