US Court Upholds Antidumping Duties on Chinese Solar Cells
The US Court of International Trade has ruled in favor of the US Department of Commerce, upholding its final results of remand redetermination for antidumping duties on solar cells from China. The decision affects three Chinese companies, Tianwei New Energy and Dongfang Electric, which will receive separate rates.
