Airbus Issues Revised Airworthiness Directive for A330-200, A330-300, and A340-300 Series Airplanes

Airbus is revising Airworthiness Directive AD 2008-22-20 to shorten compliance times for certain Model A330-200, A330-300, and A340-300 series airplanes, in response to a fatigue and damage tolerance evaluation that determined reduced compliance times are necessary to prevent fatigue cracking of the upper shell structure of the fuselage.
