U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel TRINITY

The Maritime Administration, on behalf of the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, is soliciting public comments on a request for a waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws for the vessel TRINITY, which would allow for a non-U.S.-built ship to operate under certain conditions.
