NIST Announces Plan to Terminate NVLAP Commercial Products Testing Laboratory Accreditation Program

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has announced its intention to terminate the Commercial Products Testing Laboratory Accreditation Program offered by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP), which covers testing for paints, paper, building seals, plastics, plumbing, roofing, and mattresses.
