Lockmasters Incorporated to Receive Exclusive Patent License from Department of the Navy

The Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Lockmasters Incorporated a three-year exclusive patent license for security locking devices in the US and its territories, with a non-exclusive license to continue practicing in this field after the initial period.
