USPTO Updates Obviousness Guidelines Following KSR v. Teleflex Decision
The USPTO is issuing an update to its obviousness guidelines, reflecting recent developments in the law of obviousness since the 2007 KSR Supreme Court decision, to help Office personnel apply the law correctly under 35 U.S.C. 103.
