EPA Amends Acquisition Regulation to Address Minor Changes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has updated its Acquisition Regulation (EPAAR) to reflect minor non-substantive changes, including revisions to the 'Ratification of Unauthorized Commitments' rule and the definition of Chief of the Contracting Office (CCO). The agency does not anticipate receiving any adverse comments.
