FMCSA Grants Daimler Exemption to Allow Employee to Drive Commercial Vehicles Without CDL

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted Daimler Trucks North America's (Daimler) application to allow a Daimler employee, Michael Seitter, to drive commercial motor vehicles in the US without a CDL issued by a state, citing the comparability of German commercial licensing requirements.
