California Almond Export Association Receives 10th Amendment to Export Trade Certificate of Review

The US Secretary of Commerce has issued the 10th amendment to the Export Trade Certificate of Review to the California Almond Export Association, following a review by the Office of Trade and Economic Analysis (OTEA). The amendment was previously issued on August 17, 2015, and a notice of its issuance was published in the Federal Register on September 1, 2015.
