EPA Approves Texas' Plan to Reduce Particulate Matter in El Paso

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved Texas' revised State Implementation Plan, which includes measures to reduce particulate matter in El Paso, such as paving alleys and sweeping streets, in compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act.
