Internal Revenue Service Requests Advance Notification from State ABLE Programs on Reporting Requirements

The Internal Revenue Service is seeking advance notification from State Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) programs on the types of information they will need to report in their monthly electronic reports of ABLE account balances and distributions, as required under Section 529A of the Internal Revenue Code.
