BNSF Railway Company-Temporary Trackage Rights Exemption-Union Pacific Railroad Company: Exemption Revoked

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) revoked a temporary trackage rights exemption for BNSF Railway Company, allowing the rights to expire on December 31, 2018, as per an agreement between the parties, subject to certain employee protective conditions.
