SEC Approves NASDAQ's Rule Change to Resume Trading Activity

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a proposed rule change by the National Stock Exchange, Inc. (NASDAQ), allowing the exchange to modify and eliminate certain rules and resume trading activity, following a temporary halt.
