FMCSA Grants Exemptions to 17 Individuals with Epilepsy for Interstate Commercial Motor Vehicle Operation

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has approved exemptions to 17 individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders, allowing them to operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in interstate commerce for up to 2 years, provided they meet specific medical criteria.
