SEC Proposes Amendments to Regulation ATS for NMS Stock Alternative Trading Systems

The Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing changes to the regulatory framework for alternative trading systems (ATSs) that trade in National Market System (NMS) stocks, including dark pools, to provide more transparency and information about these systems.
