Texas Receives Final EPA Authorization for Hazardous Waste Program Changes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Texas' state-initiated changes to its hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), correcting technical errors from a 2014 Federal Register document, and authorizing the state to operate its program independently.
