EPA Submits Information Collection Request for National Pretreatment Program Renewal

The Environmental Protection Agency has submitted a request for public comment on a proposed extension of the National Pretreatment Program, which is currently set to expire on December 31, 2015, and is seeking an additional 30 days for public input.
