EPA Proposes Revisions to Clean Air Act Permitting Programs for Electronic Noticing

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revise the public notice rule provisions for Clean Air Act permit programs, allowing for electronic noticing instead of traditional newspaper publication, and expanding the use of e-notice to certain air agencies with EPA-approved programs.
