PBGC Requests OMB Approval for Revised Information Collection on Locating and Paying Participants

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget to modify its data collection process for Locating and Paying Participants, a process that expires on December 31, 2015, and is requesting a three-year extension under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
