NOAA Responds to Comments on Deep Seabed Exploration Licenses

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has found that comments submitted by the Center for Biological Diversity do not provide a basis for reconsidering the extension of Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act exploration licenses, which were already extended due to a clerical error.
