SEC Publishes Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Transfer Agent Regulations

The Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking public comment on proposed changes to its transfer agent rules, which have remained largely unchanged since 1977, as the industry has evolved significantly since then.
