USAID Withdraws Proposed Rule for Agency Warrant Program for Cooperating Country National Personal Services Contractors

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has decided not to implement the Agency Warrant Program for individual Cooperating Country National Personal Services Contractors, effectively withdrawing a proposed rule from August 19, 2016, that aimed to incorporate the warrant program into the Agency for International Development Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR).
