NRC Imposes $14,000 Civil Penalty on International Cyclotron for Decommissioning Noncompliance

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an Imposition Order to International Cyclotron, requiring the company to pay a $14,000 civil penalty for failing to comply with decommissioning regulations. The NRC previously issued a Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty on August 30, 2016.
