U.S. Trade Representative Updates FOIA and Privacy Act Policies
The U.S. Trade Representative's Office has finalized minor technical changes to its Freedom of Information Act regulation and adopted a proposed rule updating its Privacy Act implementing regulation, both of which were initially published in December 2016.
