U.S. Trade Representative Office Publishes Determination on Togo's Compliance with African Growth and Opportunity Act

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office has published a document in the Federal Register, stating that Togo has implemented effective visa procedures and customs protocols to prevent textile and apparel smuggling and counterfeiting, thereby qualifying eligible imports from Togo for AGOA benefits.
