Solid Urea From Russia and Ukraine; Termination of Five-Year Reviews

The US Commission has terminated its five-year reviews of solid urea imports from Russia and Ukraine, as the domestic producers did not participate in the review process, leading to the revocation of antidumping duty orders in 2016.
