U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Wearable Activity Tracking Devices Investigation Termination

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling by an administrative law judge that terminated an investigation into wearable activity tracking devices due to the withdrawal of a complaint. The investigation was closed in its entirety.
